What is Clairvoyance?
Clairvoyance means "clear seeing." It is a form of psychic awareness. Being psychic just means being more attuned than the average person to the communication of subtle energy. For example, when someone says "yes" but means "no," you can sense it. You can hear it in their voice, feel it in their body language, and see it in their facial expression. We all have the ability to discern the subtleties of what's really going on beyond the surface.
As a clairvoyant, I can go into meditation and "see" energy. I just ask a question, and the answer appears like a symbol, picture, or movie that plays in my mind. With focus and practice, anyone can learn to be clairvoyant.
What happens in a clairvoyant session?
When I give you a reading, I see your energy field. I can see you where you are in your life right now: what’s working really well, what challenges you may be dealing with, and what direction you are headed. I can also help you discover resources and support as you move forward.
Basically, I get a snapshot of information, tell you what I see, and explain everything as we go along. Nothing is expected of you; just sit back, relax and enjoy the experience! You are welcome to ask questions about what I’m describing at any point during the reading.
Sometimes the images are more literal, and you may recognize them as scenes from your life. Other times the images are metaphorical or symbolic. You may recognize the energy, feeling, or message, even though you’ve never actually experienced the scene I’m describing.
You might be aware of energy moving during your session. You might feel tingling in your hands or body, or begin to yawn a lot, or notice that you become more deeply relaxed. This is completely normal; it just means that you're clearing energy! Most likely, you'll leave the session feeling more calm, centered, and clearer than before.
How long is a session?
All sessions are a generous hour. By this I mean, your appointment may run over an hour, depending on what comes up, so be a little flexible, and give yourself time to relax into the reading.
Can we do a session on the phone?
YES! Sessions are conducted via phone or skype. I will ask you to call me at the time of the appointment.
How did you learn how to do this?
I have always been psychically aware, and pursued formal training at the Clairvoyant Center of Hawaii. My work with NLP, hypnotherapy, yoga and meditation have also contributed to my practice. You can learn more about my background here.
How should I prepare?
Make sure you have a quiet space where you can be alone and uninterrupted for the session. Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the ground and your eyes open; this helps you to stay present. It's good to have a glass of water nearby. It’s also wise to give yourself plenty of time – a few minutes before our session to relax and quiet the mind, and five to fifteen minutes afterward to sit in quiet reflection.
Do you record the session?
I do not record the session. It's confidential, and I do not share your information with anyone. You are welcome to take notes or record it, but you may find you get the most out of it when you just allow yourself to relax and absorb the information.
